I'm a big fan of cookies with jam so this one is also a top contender 🫶🏻 The jam wasn't too sweet and the cookie was nice and bite-sized!

My favourite and I’m surprised it’s strawberry cause I don’t normally like strawberry flavoured things!

I tasted this cookie in many experimental forms, and the final result is the best one for sure. The strawberry complements the spruce tip flavour without hiding it, so it really does taste like forest. The strawberry jam has cooked to a great texture to hold the whole thing together.
