Absolutely delicious. The rosemary flavour really stands out, and I love the taste and texture of the pears in the jam.

The pear is nicely done with a concentrated flavour. The cookie is very delicate and needs to be tasted on it’s own to savour the pear and rosemary. The balance of rosemary and pear is perfect.

This one is probably the most of an acquired taste. I personally liked it, but my family had trouble. Maybe it was the green?

Really like the chewy caramelized texture of this cookie, as well as the pear flavour. The rosemary does make it a little more interesting too!
