This cookie is absolute perfection! My kids loved them too. My absolute favorite cookie I have ever had in my life.
Love these! The rye flour is such a good choice for a cookie, adds a lot of complexity of flavour.
So savoury in the beginning and then has a sophisticated finish. I wasn’t sure I was going to like this cookie and it ended up in my top favs!!! Mmmmm

Nice crunchy texture and salty aftertaste. The rye flour gives it a different taste, which is nice.
So earthy and comforting. Also felt the healthiest (in a good way). As we Asians like to say: "not too sweet"
I wanted this one to be my favourite, but it’s a little TOO roasted to be perfect!
