I could eat an entire tray of these without stopping. I could maybe even eat two trays. These are a really tasty spin on the traditional Christmas ginger cookie.

I was thinking this would be “hot” but I agree with your mom, the wasabi was very subtle. I love ginger, spiced cookies and this one also looked so beautiful!!

These are very interesting with a very subtle amount of wasabi. I think more would be too much. I like the less strong version of molasses.

A nice gingerbread with a twist. I craved a bit fuller of a flavour.

A good gingerbread-like cookie, but I wish the wasabi flavour was more apparent.
